FAQ

Where are you located?

We are located in Phoenixville, PA.

What's your customer guarantee?

All work is unconditionally guaranteed for 30 days at a minimum. Customers are always welcome to call for free personalized telephone advice. Many times, a home service call can be avoided with a quick telephone conversation. If home service is required, qualified repair personnel will travel to your home and quickly fix your problem. Don't be fooled by others' warantees where you can't get anyone to come out to your home, or where you have to have a contract to get your machine fixed. We fix what we sell - no if's, and's or but's! We won't be satisfied until you are!

How will I get my new purchase home?

Prices quoted include local delivery and set up. A small charge may be required for unusually long driving distances.

Will you take my old game in trade?

We will take in trade or purchase outright your old pinball, arcade, or slot machine, working or not. Just contact us for quick pick up and cash payment!

What if I get bored with my game?

Our experience is that most customers will purchase a second, third or even fourth game from us. However, should you decide that a game is no longer challenging or fun, we will take it back in trade at any time. You will always get at least one half to two thirds your original purchase price as a trade in.

What should I look for when purchasing a pinball machine or other gameroom item?

By far, the most important consideration in the purchase of any game is its cosmetic condition. Much of the value of a pinball machine is contained within the unique artwork on the backglass, playfield and cabinet. Non-working machines can be fixed, but heavily worn or cosmetically damaged games are difficult to restore effectively, can be very costly, and oftentimes never look right. Our policy is to never purchase any game for resale that we would not be happy to place in our own personal gameroom. We will not spend the time and cost necessary to restore a game which is not in cosmetically superior condition. Worn games are routinely stripped for parts - period!

Am I able to see and play your games prior to purchase?

We would have it no other way! You are welcome to visit, play our machines, ask any questions you may have, and leave to think your purchase over. You will never get a high pressure sales pitch here. Stop back again and again, have your questions answered, and only purchase if and when you are comfortable with your decision. Many of our sales are repeat purchases from satisfied customers. They are our own best advertisement! We never pressure a customer to purchase something they are not happy with, which is outside of their budgetary considerations, or which is not right for them.

I didn't buy my game from you. Can you still fix it?

Sadly, many of our repair calls are from people who have purchased a "great deal" on an online auction, only to be very unpleasantly surprised upon arrival. Or who purchased an apparently working game from a friend or neighbor or off of someone on Craigslist, only to find out too late that it doesn't work. Unfortunately, pinball machines and other arcade games are complex devices which must be serviced properly in order to stay reliable. This repair and restoration process is seldom inexpensive, but is critical if you want a trouble-free game that will be a source of continuing joy to your whole family. We will be happy to provide a quote to fix that online auction disaster and make it the game it should have been in the first place. Unfortunately however, in some cases, if certain critical work was not performed prior to your purchase, repairs can be costly. It is not uncommon for repairs to equal or even exceed your original purchase price. Like many things in life, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Caveat emptor!

I'm just starting to build a home gameroom. What should I purchase first?

As always, see where the family's interests lay, in making a decision on a first purchase. Advice I have given over the years is that a pinball machine is THE classic home gameroom addition, and is always a great first choice! No matter how old a pinball gets, it is always still fun and challenging to play, and is sure to be loved by all. Evidence this by the fact that some of our best selling pinball machines are classics from the 70's, 60's and even 50's! Apart from pinball machines, Pac Man, Megatouch, shuffle alleys, or an old time one armed bandit are all popular choices!

What if the game I purchased breaks in my home?

Relax! We service what we sell - no ifs, ands, or buts! We will travel to your home to fix your problem. Additionally, many problems are simple to fix and do not require a visit. A quick telephone call will often clear up any minor issues and have you back up and running in no time! Our customers may call as often as needed for the life of their game and will have their questions clearly and courteously answered.
